What your.my is

your.my lets you claim a username, create a public profile, and add links your audience can click. By using your.my, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need a valid email address to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Each person may hold one account — creating multiple accounts to get around plan limits is not allowed.

Your username is yours for as long as your account is active. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that have been inactive for over 12 months, or that impersonate a person, brand, or public figure.

Acceptable use

Do not use your.my to post illegal content, promote violence or hatred, infringe on intellectual property, facilitate fraud, or add links containing malware or phishing pages. Do not impersonate others, scrape the platform, or artificially inflate view or click counts.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your content

You own your bio, display name, and links. By posting on your.my, you give us permission to display that content to operate the service. We do not use your content for advertising. You are responsible for ensuring what you post does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Third-party links

your.my allows users to add links to external websites. These links are added by creators, not by us. We do not endorse, review, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of any third-party site linked through the platform.

Clicking a link on any your.my profile takes you to a site outside our control. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your access to or use of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy and terms of any external site you visit.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, distribute harmful content, or compromise platform security.

Disclaimer and liability

your.my is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind — express or implied. We make no representations that the platform will be available, accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or destinations of any links added by creators. Visiting a third-party site via any your.my profile is at your own risk. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result.

We are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from: use of or inability to use the platform; content posted by any user; actions or omissions of any creator; reliance on any information on the platform; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is zero.

Your responsibility

You use the platform at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your account, your content, and any consequences of what you post or link to. If your use of the platform causes loss or damage to any third party, that is your liability, not ours.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time at our discretion.
